中文摘要设计了新型煤油催化重整燃气发生器,在较大油量和较高压力情况下,进行了一系列相关参数的影响试验.试验结果表明:在催化温度较高、头部余气系数保持在0.6~0.8时,其出口燃气温度为400~700℃,可燃气体成分占15%~30%,氢气体积分数最高可达16%,从而可为超燃冲压发动机提供良好的高温含氢可燃燃气,有利于超燃室内的点火和稳定燃烧.; A new type of kerosene gas generator for catalytic reforming reaction was designed.Under high fuel flow rate and high pressure,the effects of different parameters on catalytic reaction were studied through a series of experiments.The results show that the exit flammable gas temperature of 400—700 ℃ and the gas composition of 15%—30% will be obtained when the excessive air coefficient is controlled between 0.6—0.8 and the catalytic temperature reaches about 500—700 ℃.The hydrogen quantum of 16% will be achieved in the high temperature fuel-rich flammable gases,which can be introduced into the scramjet and will be helpful to its ignition and stable combustion process.
