| 中文摘要 | 在人类社会发展的进程中,除了家庭、政党和宗教之外,企业、政府和非政府组织是三种基本的社会组织和制度形式。非政府组织是近年来引起各方面普遍关注的一种社会组织。本文基于对中国非政府组织的长期实证调研,从定义和分类入手,围绕非政府组织发展的社会基础、主要功能、产权特征和治理结构等基本问题展开分析,提出了许多重要的理论观点。在此基础上具体剖析了中国非政府组织发展的制度特征及存在的问题,并提出了相应的政策构想和建议。; In the process of human social development, business,government and NGO are the three fundamental forms of social and institutional organizations except for family,political party and religion,.In recent years,NGO has become a form of social organization that is attracting extensive attentions from all aspects.Based on long time empirical studies of the Chinese NGOs,this paper starts from the NGOs' definition and classifications and analyzes the fundamental issues such as the social conditions,main functions, ownership features and the governance structures of NGOs.It also proposes many important theoretical viewpoints.Based on this,the institutional features and existing problems of the Chinese NGOs are explored and the corresponding policy recommendations and advice are made.; 国家社会科学重大项目“非政府组织在和谐社会中的作用研究”(项目编号05&ZD046)的阶段性成果 |
