| 中文摘要 | 本文选取西南岩溶区广西1985～2003年的经济与环境数据,分别建立了工业“三废”排放量、人均工业“三废”排放量与人均GDP之间关系的计量分析模型——一种不同于一般标准类型的倒“U”型环境库兹涅茨曲线。结果发现:广西经济增长过程的环境变化不同于发达国家和新兴工业化时期的特征,广西近20年来的经济发展在一定程度上是建立在环境污染基础之上的;“边增长,边污染”的增长方式从长远来看显然是行不通的,广西今后的环境变迁很大程度上取决于政策趋向,工业经济与环境之间实现可持续发展的关键在于实现经济总量增长与单位经济产出的环境负荷二者之间的协调。; ased on economic and environmental data of 1985~2003 of Guangxi Province in the Karst Areas of Southwestern China,the paper sets up the models on the relationship between the industrial waste discharge of waste gas,water & solid wastes and GDP per capita,the wastes discharge of industrial waste discharge of waste gas,water & solid wastes per person and GDP per capita respectively.We have found an environmental Kuznets curve that differents from the normal one.The results show:(1)The inverted-U shape curve of normal environmental Kuznets is only a probability but not an inevitability;(2) we should increase environmental investment to enhance consciousness of environment protection;(3)The future of environmental variance in Guangxi Province largely depends on the government’s policy tropism.; 国家自然科学基金项目(编号:70463001); 广西科学基金项目(编号:0448034) |
