中文摘要	对北京市30家新社会阶层人士相对集中的社团问卷调查和其中3家具有代表性的社团的个案分析表明:社团对新社会阶层人士的凝聚力主要受到社团内部治理结构、资金和党组织建设三个因素的影响;社团与党和政府的联系主要受社团内部治理结构和知名人士作用发挥两个因素的影响。为了更好地发挥社团在新社会阶层统一战线工作中的纽带作用,应该加强社团内部的能力建设和党组织建设,加大新社会阶层代表人士的培养和选拔力度,拓宽社团与党和政府之间的制度化沟通渠道,切实贯彻和落实新时期党的统一战线方针政策。; The questionnaire survey of 30 communities in Beijing with relatively concentrating people from new social classes and the case study of 3 typical communities show that the cohesion of community on new social classes is mainly influenced by three factors: the internal governance structure of community,funds and the Party organization construction;the contact between community and the Party as well as government is mainly influenced by two factors: the internal governance structure of community and the roles the representatives play.To bring the role of community as a tie into a better play in the front work of new social classes,the ability construction and the Party organization construction within community should be enhanced,more representatives of new social classes should be trained and selected,the systematizing communication channel between community and the Party as well as government should be widened,and the policy of new-era united front of the Party should be carried out.
