中文摘要高校人事制度的改革应当放在国家事业单位改革的大背景下,结合高等学校的特点进行研究和推进。未来中国事业单位的改革方向是不断提升自主性和公共性,高校人事制度的改革也应当顺应这一趋势,正确把握改革的方向。而高校人事制度改革的路径又需要结合高校的特点,根据高校的属性渐进推进。; Personnel System Reform(PSR)is the important sector during the university's system reform.This paper argues that in the context of the nation's public service unit reform,PSR in university should be studied by combing with the characteristics of each university.The trends of public service unit reform in China are the increased independence and openness,and the PSR in university should also comply with this trend and thus it can catch the correct direction of the reform.The route of PSR also needs proceed gradually by considering the special characteristics of each university.
