中文摘要在1台进气道多点电喷EQ491i汽油机上,采用AVL傅里叶变换红外光谱多组分分析仪SESAM-FTIR测量了燃用低比例甲醇汽油的排放成分。使用发动机循环模拟软件Boost耦合化学动力学软件Chemkin,建立了甲醇汽油发动机循环计算模型并用试验结果进行标定,模拟了甲醇汽油发动机中的常规排放NOx和非常规排放甲醛的生成情况。模拟结果表明,在相同工况条件下,随着甲醇比例的增大,甲醛排放基本呈线性增长。发动机负荷对甲醛排放影响不大,NOx排放主要受空燃比和燃烧温度影响。; Based on an inlet port multi-point electronic injection EQ491i gasoline engine,the emissions of gasoline and methanol-gasoline fuel were measured with AVL SESAM-FTIR(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) multi-component analyzer.Coupling Boost engine cycle simulation software with Chemkin chemical kinetic software,the calculated model of methanol-gasoline engine cycle was established and calibrated with the experimental results.With the model,the NOx and formaldehyde emissions were simulated.The results show the formaldehyde emission increases linearly with the increase of methanol proportion under the same conditions.The load has little influence on formaldehyde emission.The NOx emission is mainly influenced by air-fuel ratio and combustion temperature.
