中文摘要以聚氨酯泡沫为载体固态发酵产纤维素酶。结果表明,以绿色木霉为发酵菌体,载体尺寸为1.0 cm×2.0 cm×0.5cm,培养液质量分数为20%麸皮汁,初始含水率为94%是最优发酵条件。纤维素粉包覆载体对绿色木霉产纤维素酶具有诱导作用,它将所产酶的滤纸酶活和CMC酶活分别提高了40%和16%。表面活性剂也可提高所产酶的酶活,与对照样相比,加入占营养液质量分数0.15%的吐温80使滤纸酶活和CMC酶活分别提高了15%和11%。而营养盐对发酵所产酶的酶活无明显提高作用。; The system was formed by partcles of polyurethane foam absorbing certain culture medium,on which the cellulase was produced.The results show that the optimum conditions of producing cellulase are:the production of cellulase is from Trichoderma,the size of the inert support is 1.0 cm�0 cm�5 cm,the culture liquid is juice of bran and its concentration is 20 wt%,the initial moisture content is 94%.The inert support covered with the powder of cellulose can induce the production of cellulase,so the FPA and CMCase can increase by 40% and 16% respectiveiy.The addition of surfactant can also increase the activity of cellulase.The addition of Tween80 with concentration 0.15 wt% can increase the FPA and CMCase by 15% and 11% respectiveiy.But mineral salts has no effect on the fermentation.; “973”项目(2004CB719703)
