中文摘要采用溶胶-凝胶法重点研究了制备球形喷镀粉的湿法过程。试验结果表明:影响球形钼粉几何形状的因素包括无机酸浓度、有机络合剂和高分子表面活性剂种类以及搅拌强度等。胶凝过程的pH范围pH=4~5,即为酸性。; Sol-gel wet process for preparing shaped microspheres of spray molybdenum powder have been studied.The experimental results had shown that the effect parameters on the geometrical shape included in the concentration of inorganic acid and organic complex agents as well as the type of surface active and the strength of stiring;In addition,the change of process pH value from sol to gel be formed at stable pH,that is weak acid.
