中文摘要由于镍导电浆料在多层片式陶瓷电容器、PDP平板显示器、硅太阳能电池等领域有着广泛应用,使得超细镍粉的研究领域倍受关注。但其所需镍粉必须具备高纯、高分散和超细化等特点,国内生产技术难以满足要求,需进一步探索和改进。该文详细论述了各种超细镍粉的制备方法,如雾化法、蒸发-冷凝法、气相还原法、固相还原法、γ射线辐射法、电解法等,且对各方法进行了简要评述;并对导电浆料用镍粉制备的发展趋势提出了自己的观点,认为最有前途的方法是常压液相还原法。; The nickel pastes have been given much attention due to their wide applications in the chip ceramic capacitor,PDP(plasma displays),silicon solar cell fields and their synthesis has become an active area.But in the electronic conductive pastes,it is essential for the use of small size and non-agglomerated with the narrow size distribution Ni powders,which are not able to be produced in China at present.Therefore,various advanced preparation methods of ultrafine nickel powders are reviewed,including spray pyrolysis,hydrothermal hydrogen reduction,solution reduction method,solid carbon reduction method,γ-ray radiation,alloy mehtod.Their advantages and disadvantages as well as their applications are commented in this paper.Particularly,the liquid phase reducing method,as a new preparative method of nanosized nickel powder,is also put forward by the author.
