中文摘要为保障回灌地下再生水水质,采用NF270纳滤膜深度处理污水厂二级出水,测量出水中污染物的去除效果,研究最佳操作条件。结果表明:该纳滤膜使溶解性有机碳(DOC)去除率大于70%,DOC的质量浓度降至1.5 mg.L-1,满足回灌过程中DOC质量浓度<3.0 mg.L-1的要求;使总溶解性固体(TDS)的去除率大于45%,TDS的质量浓度降至300mg.L-1,达到I类地下水标准;对硬度、总磷、各种无机离子等均有去除效果。小于0.8 MPa的压强和4 L.min-1的进水体积流量可以减缓纳滤膜的污染进程。用0.1%NaOH溶液清洗污染膜可以使通量恢复。; An NF270 nanofiltration membrane was used to treat reclaimed wastewater to guarantee water quality for groundwater recharge.The results show that the DOC(dissolved organic carbon) were reduced to 1.5 mg稬-1 with over 70% removal efficiency,which meets the requirement of less than 3.0 mg稬-1 for groundwater recharge.The TDS(total dissolved solids) were reduced to 300 mg稬-1 with over 45% removal efficiency,which meets the standard of Class I groundwater.The NF270 membrane was found to have different hardness,total phosphate and other inorganic ions removal efficiencies.A lower pressure(less than 0.8 MPa) and proper volume flow rate(4 L穖in-1) effectively alleviate membrane fouling during the treatment of secondary effluent.Alkaline cleaning with 0.1% NaOH solution restores the membrane pressure drop characteristics.; 国家自然科学基金资助项目(50878115)
