| 中文摘要 | 今年元月 14日 ,第四届全国杰出青年法学家颁奖仪式在北京人民大会堂隆重举行。颁奖仪式前 ,周永康等领导亲切会见了十大杰出青年法学家 ,并勉励他们多提治国安邦的真知灼见 ,多创造实践需要的学术精品。借此机会 ,本刊特邀新当选的部分杰出青年法学家围绕“科学发展观视野下的法学与法治发展”这一主题 ,从各自的研究领域进行笔谈 ,以飨读者。; Editorial note:The awarding ceremony of the Forth National Outstanding Youth Jurist was holding in the Great Hall of the People on 14 January 2005. Before the ceremony, some leaders including Zhou Yong-kang amiably interviewed the jurists, and hoped them put forward more good opinions to manage state affairs and create more academic first-class products to meet the practice need. By the chance, we designedly invite some outstanding youth jurists to air their written opinions of respective researching field to meet the readers, and the theme is “the development of jurisprudence and the rule of law under the scientific Development view". |
