It's also the attribution and theories of the separation of proprietary rights and their powers and functions and the transformative form of the flexibility of proprietary rights. Furthermore,the purpose and significance can be changed according to demands of times and problems which researchers pr閜ar?to solve. The ownership of water resources is an identical abstract proprietary right among current laws in our country. There hasn't been any claim about several ownerships of water resources in practice so far.
