| 中文摘要 | 通过阐述我国政府R&D经费占全社会R&D经费比重的历史与现状,分析和借鉴国外的有关经验,并且重点分析我国相关政策及进行一些估算,提出我国2006～2020年该比重应在26%左右或在24%～30%之间。; Through explaining the history and current situation of the percentages of Chinese government R&D funds to the whole society R&D funds, and analyzing and using foreign relevant experience for reference, and mostly analyzing the relevant policies of China and making some estimation, this paper forecasts the percentage of Chinese government R&D funds to the whole society R&D funds should be in about 26% or among 24% -30% in the years of 2006~2020. |
