中文摘要为了研究富气输送对管道动态断裂的影响,建立了富气输送裂纹动态扩展管道模型。考虑管道开裂后富气存在相变现象,利用多参数状态方程计算由富气相变引起的压力平台高度,建立三段线性压力模式模拟富气输送管道裂纹尖端附近压力场的分布。结合全尺寸爆破实验和通过扩展模式模拟的结果,验证了该模型的正确性。在此基础上,研究了不同组分富气对管道动态断裂的影响,得到了动态断裂参数随着富气中凝析液体积百分数的增加而增大,即证明了采用富气输送模式管道一旦开裂就更难止裂。; Fractures in the rich gas transportation pipeline was analyzed based on a crack propagation pipeline model for rich gas transmission.A multi-parameter equation of state which includes the rich gas phase transition was used to calculate the pressure plateau occurring during the rich gas phase transition.A three-stage linear pressure model was used to study the pressure distribution around the crack tip.The model was validated against full-scale burst tests and numerical simulations of the propagation phase.The model shows that the fractures are more severe with the increase volume percentage of the natural gas liquids,namely the cracks will run a long distances before being arrested.
