中文摘要本文借鉴了生物学、医学领域的研究成果,从组织免疫这一新的视角解释组织的适应性问题。在界定组织免疫概念和描述运行机制的基础上,提出组织免疫行为包括组织认知、组织防御、组织记忆三个维度的假设。通过设计相应的量表,并通过问卷调查的方式收集数据,对数据进行因子分析,验证了假设;最后对研究结果的理论和实际意义进行了总结,并指出未来的研究方向。; The organizational adaptation is studied from the organizational immunity-based perspective,which is borrowed from the knowledge of biology and medicine.Dimensions of organizational immunity-based behavior have been explored on the basis of the definition and mechanism of organizational immunity,which include organizational recognition,organizational defense,and organizational memory.A scale has been developed to measure the factors of organizational immunity-based behavior.The directions have been suggested for the future study and managerial implications also have been discussed.
