中文摘要	医务工作者的职业素质是全社会十分关注的问题,医学生的专业主义教育直接关系到未来医疗实践者的职业素养。将医疗体系视为介于"微观"医务人员个体与"宏观"医疗制度之间的动态"中观"社会关系系统,并以此为立足点,结合我国医疗事业发展的历史,对医学职业素质教育的境况进行反思,提出应用"批判主义教学法"加强医学专业主义教育的构想。; Competency of medical professionals has become a central social issue in China.Professionalism education for medical students has direct bearing on the professional quality of future medical practitioners.This paper conceptualizes medical system as a dynamic meso-system of social relations with medical workers as the micro-part and macro-medical system.By reflecting upon the history of the Chinese medical sector,the paper discusses the actuality of medical professional quality education and proposes that critical pedagogy should be applied to strengthen professionalism education for medical practitioners.
