| 中文摘要 | LEED-ND绿色住区评价系统的提出,檀根于对美国城市蔓延问题的反思。依据精明增长与新城市主义原理所构建的绿色住区选址与建设原则,成为LEED-ND系统的重要组成部分。在此基础上,结合LEED先前在绿色建筑方面的要求,形成整合不同层面要求的绿色住区评价标准。虽然中美的中情存在较大的差异,但LEED-ND仍可能为制定我国的绿色住区评价标准提供有益经验。; Reflections on the problem of city sprawl is the original intention of the LEED-ND rating system,which is the latest partner of the LEED family.Basing on the concepts of the smart growth and new urbanism,a sustainable way of site selection,walk able street design principles and diversity of uses have been deemed as the most important rules in creating a green community.Combining with the green building criterions,which are provided by the formal version of LEED,These rules let the new rating system can meet most of the green requirements from different levels in the construction of a new community.LEED-ND can give us many clues in developing a green community standard for China,even if the situation here is in great difference with that in the USA. |
