中文摘要研究了光学相干层析(OCT)成像技术在眼科学的应用。由于近红外光很容易穿透人体眼睛介质,所以利用中心波长为854.8 nm的宽带弱相干光源SLD,采用傅里叶域光学快扫描延迟线实现了快速扫描成像。自行设计了一种用于眼底信号探测的眼科探头,包括眼底OCT成像光路,眼底照明光路和眼底照相光路,并获得了眼底黄斑和眼底视神经乳头的照片以及OCT图像,成像深度为3 mm。实验结果表明:OCT成像技术能非侵入、无接触地对活体内部的结构与生理功能进行检测,在眼底检测时起重要作用。; In order to obtain the Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT) images of macular region and optic nerve head in an eyeground,the application of OCT to ophthalmology is investigated.Because of the high transmittance of ocular media,an OCT system with Broadband Source(SLD) centered at 854.8 nm wavelength is applied for imaging in ophthalmology.Based on rapid scanning optical delay line in Fourier domain,the rapid scanning imaging is realized.Then,a device consisting of a OCT imaging path,a lighting path and a photographic path is developed to detect eyeground to obtain the OCT images of macular region and optic nerve head in the eyeground,and the system imaging depth is 3 mm.The experimental results show that OCT is a biomedical imaging method with high resolution,non-invasive and non-contact detecting for internal tissue structure and physiology.
