中文摘要 | 为满足工业、科研与教学需求,设计并制造了一套基于PC机的USB接口便携式多模式多通道A/D数据采集系统。通过将A/D转换单元、控制单元、缓存单元集成到外置硬件实现可靠的高速采样,通过实时与非实时软件构成配套的虚拟仪器,并采用多层结构提供良好的扩展与移植能力。该系统采样频率为80 ̄500,000Hz,实现了测频、整周期倍频采样、非整周期采样,特别适用于在工业现场进行转子动平衡作业,并已在转子动平衡处理实验中验证了其功能。; Catering to demands emerging from industry,academia and education,a portable PC-based USB-port multi-mode multi-channel A/D data acquisition system is designed and produced.AD conversion unit,controller unit and buffer unit are integrated to an external box to realize reliable high-speed sampling.Real-time and non-real-time software comprise a set of virtual instrument to work with the hardware.Extensibility and reusability are well provided by a multi-layer structure.Sampling frequency range of the system is 80~500,000Hz,which realizes frequency-measurement,periodically multiplied sampling and non-periodic sampling.This system is good at performing in-field industrial rotator dynamic balancing operation,which has been verified via rotator dynamic balancing experiments. |
