中文摘要为了提高激光干涉仪的测量速度,研制了一种新型塞曼-双折射双频激光器(Z-B激光器),该激光器对增益管加横向磁场和对其"透射反射镜"加外力。采用了弹性加力方案,使其频差比刚性加力He-Ne激光器具有更高的赋值精度,达到±0.2MHz。同时,还报道了对该激光器进行的稳频研究。利用调谐腔中平行光和垂直光的等光强点作稳频点,以光强平衡为依据设计热伺服控制电路,考虑了成本的最小化和系统的集约化,采用纯模拟元件实现了中频差He-Ne Z-B激光器频率的稳定。对频差5.4MHz的Z-B激光器的稳频结果为:3h稳频精度优于2.1×10-8。; In order to increase the interferometer's speed,a new kind of Zeeman-birefringence dual-frequency laser called Z-B laser was invented.The laser tube was laid in transverse magnetic filed and its output window plate was imposed by an elastic force.With the use of elastic force-exerting method,the Z-B laser had a more stable mid-frequency difference output than the one with rigid force-exerting could do.The accuracy was about �.2 MHz.Its frequency stabilization research was reported.Taking the equal intensity point of parallel light and vertical light in cavity as the stable point,a special circuit based on the light-intensity-balance and the heating-controlling was designed.Considering the minimum costs and cute system,the stable circuit was made of analog units which served as a stabilizer of the Z-B laser.Beat frequency of the Z-B laser with 5.4 MHz frequency difference shows that the stability accuracy of frequency is better than 2.1�0-8 in three hours.
