中文摘要研究膜组件为聚氯乙烯超滤膜的一体式膜-生物反应器(SMBR)中膜的污染情况及其不同的清洗方式。在15L/(m2.h)的次临界通量运行条件下,比较了连续无反洗和每周1次低浓度次氯酸钠溶液(有效氯质量浓度为500mg/L)反洗的两种运行方式,得到两种运行方式下跨膜压差的上升速率分别为1.23kPa/d和0.97kPa/d;比较了污染后膜的不同在线清洗方法,发现用高浓度次氯酸钠溶液(质量分数为3×10-3)反洗的效果优于空曝气清洗、清水反洗、盐酸溶液(pH=1)反洗和氢氧化钠溶液(pH=12)反洗;同时,比较了不同化学药剂的离线清洗效果,发现先以质量分数为3×10-3的次氯酸钠溶液浸泡,再用pH=1的盐酸溶液浸泡的清洗效果较好。本研究为膜-生物反应器中污染后膜的清洗提供了参考。; The paper is inclined to investigate the PVC ultrafiltration membrane fouling course in a submerged membrane bioreactor so as to find a desirable cleaning method. In doing so,we have tested two operation modes of no-backwash and weekly-backwash using low mass concentration NaClO solution (available Cl mass concentration is 500 mg/L) through comparison and contrast under sub-critical flux condition of 15 L/(m2穐). It was found that the increasing rates of trans-membrane pressure rates obtained should be equal to 1.23 kPa/d and 0.97 kPa/d,respectively. What is more significant is that the cleaning method using NaClO solution (mass fraction is 3�0-3) is expected to be the best as compared with other on-line cleaning methods,including extended aeration,water cleaning,HCl solution (pH=1) and NaOH solution (pH=12) cleaning. Besides,compared with other various off-line chemical cleaning methods,the sequential NaClO solution (mass fraction is 3�0-3) and HCl solution (pH=1) cleaning method proves to be the most suitable.
