中文摘要介绍以盐酸、铝酸钠为原材料,通过添加适当的诱导剂,水热法制备纳米级AlOOH颗粒的工艺优化过程,采用单注、双注、双注加衬底、磁力搅拌、以及添加阴离子阳离子的多种试验方法,通过调控pH及温度等因素,制备出片状,块状以及针状等各种形貌特点的样品,通过扫描电镜分析检测了解其分散程度,粒径大小,以及均匀状况,探索和总结出晶体生长的一般规律,在综合各种样品的形貌特点的基础上,探索出了进一步制备形貌较好的AlOOH颗粒及晶须的优化工艺方法。; This paper introduces the process optimization process of nanometer AlOOH particles prepared by Hydrothermal Synthesis using hydrochloric acid,sodium aluminum as raw materials by adding the appropriate inducer.All kinds of samples with Disc-like,sheet-like and needle-like shape are prepared by a variety of experimental methods such as single-jet,double-jet,double-jet plus substrate,magnetic stirring as well as add anion and cation,and through the adjustment of the PH and temperature.By scanning electron microscopy analysis of the testing to find out the extent of its spread,the particle size,as well as the situation of Uniform,to explore and sum up the general rules of crystal growth.On the basis of integrated a variety of characteristics of the topography,to study a better optimization process of nano AlOOH particles by further preparation.
