中文摘要保护轴承作为磁轴承-转子系统中的辅助支撑结构,是整个系统安全运行的保证,是磁轴承系统中的关键技术和难点。本文采用MSC.Dytran软件对10MW高温气冷堆初步设计阶段高转速立式磁悬浮转子进行了跌落仿真分析。结果表明,采用碳纤维层作为缓冲结构可能会导致推力电磁轴承的损坏,必须考虑其他材料;磁悬浮转子的空中姿态对保护轴承的性能起着至关重要的作用。; Catcher bearing is the auxiliary support structure for the magnetic-bearing and turbine rotor system, which is the safety guarantee for the system operation and the key and difficult technology in the design of the magnetic-bearing and turbine rotor system. This paper presents the analysis of impact simula-tion of the HTR-10 vertical magnetic suspension rotor in early design phase, by dropping into the catcher bearing with MSC.Dytran software. The results indicate that if the carbon fiber is designed for the buffer layer structure, the AMB may be damaged, so alternative material shall be considered. The rotary attitude of the vertical magnetic suspension rotor plays a vital role in the performance of the catcher bearing.
