中文摘要提出了一种基于增广状态估计的广域继电保护算法,通过搜集相邻区域保护装置的量测信息,建立广域继电保护的增广状态估计模型,进行准确的故障诊断和故障定位。利用相邻区域保护装置的冗余量测信息,通过最优估计修正量测误差,通过坏数据检测和辨识排除坏数据的影响,提高保护决策的准确度。对IEEE9节点系统和某实际电网模型进行了仿真计算,表明该方法容错性好,当存在局部量测错误和通信故障时,仍然能做出正确决策。; Based on an extended state estimation,a novel wide area protection algorithm is proposed to improve the performance of the protection system. The measurements on protective relays in the neighboring fault region are used in the extended state estimation to help detect and identify bad data in measurements and improve the accuracy of fault detection. Some digital simulation tests on an IEEE 9 system and a provincial power system in China have been made that show that the algorithm has a high fault-tolerance capability and can cope with relay failure even in the presence of local incorrect measurement and communication fault.
