中文摘要天然气管道缺陷检测器在管道内靠天然气的传输压力驱动前进,完成对在役管道使用状况的扫查,为了提高检测器检测精度,需要控制检测器速度在合理范围内。研制了一种通过气动控制泻流实现天然气管道检测器速度控制的装置。该装置利用管道内检测器前后天然气的压力差作为驱动力,根据检测器速度要求,驱动气缸的活塞实现泻流通道的开关。实验结果表明:该装置功耗小于10W,泻流通道开关时间为数秒,满足管道检测器对速度调节的要求。; Gas pipeline inner inspection tools are driven by the pressure of the transmission gas. However, the velocity of the inspection tool should be limited to a range that provides reasonable inspection precision. A gas-driven bypass device was developed to control the velocity of gas pipeline defect inspection tools. The bypass device uses the differential pressure of the gas in the pipeline to drive a piston that acts as an on/off switch for the bypass channel. Experiments show that the bypass device consumes less than 10 watts and the bypass switching time is several seconds, which is suitable for velocity adjustments of pipeline inspection tools.
