中文摘要 | 针对对二甲苯装置二甲苯精馏单元在操作和控制中存在的问题,从机理出发,建立该单元二甲苯精馏塔及其重沸炉的状态空间模型,基于多变量预测控制技术开发了该单元先进控制系统。先进控制系统的应用提高了装置自动控制水平,使装置运行平稳性得到显著改善,促进了装置的节能减排。经72h 验收标定,先进控制系统投用后塔顶压力均方差较常规控制降低了70%以上,每生产1tPX 产品重沸炉能耗降低265MJ,每年可降低成本560万元。; In order to solve some problems existed in the fractionation section of paraxylene unit,state space models for xylene column and its reboiler furnaces in the section were set up by analyzing the mechanism and the influence factors.Based on the predictive control theory,advanced process control system was developed and applied in the section.The operation stability of the unit was improved significantly and the energy consumption was reduced,e.g.the energy consumption of the reboiler furnaces reduced 265 MJ for per ton paraxylene,thus a production cost of 5.6 MRMB was saved annually. |
