中文摘要A multi-time scale adaptive model was developed to control and regulate a river basin water allocation for the Yellow River available water regulation scheme. The model includes a river basin water allocation, a reservoir operation, and a flow routing which simulates the flow process and identifies system parameters. The model has been used for control and regulation decision-making through an analysis of the Yellow River in 2003-2004 to provide water allocation, runoff control, and coordinated reservoir operation based on preventing dry-up and ice hazards and reservoir operation rules. The model can be applied for temporal and spatial water allocation among competitively users in a river basin.
