中文摘要	A complete conception of transit network was proposed with its detailed design according to some existed transit assignment methods. Then, the transit characteristics were considered in the transit networks based on the effects of transit transfer, headway, and price. Furthermore, all transit arc costs in designed transit networks can be calculated exactly. A transit assignment method is developed based on Logit model with calculation formulation of relevant indexes. Sample results describe the transit networks characteristics within a reasonable calculational time. This method is applicable to transit assignment for large transit networks as an extension of traditional transit planning algorithms.
