中文摘要A fuzzy math evaluation method was developed to provide decision-making support for China's international oil investments. The investment environment model incorporates 9 factors (such as oil resource abundance and political stability). The weighting factors for each input were determined using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy math. Evaluations of target countries show that the top 30 countries should be considered primarily for investments in exploitation and production projects with another top 20 countries considered primarily for investments in exploration projects.
