中文摘要A complete mathematical model was developed for a 400 t/d traveling grate municipal solid waste (MSW) incineration plant in Tianjin including the pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of the waste. The incinerator was divided into five regions with the waste on the grates divided into 112 cells along the movement direction of the grates. Temperatures in each cell were assumed to be uniform. Simulation results with the model agree well with measured data, which indicates that the model accurately reflects the actual system characteristics.
