中文摘要In order to reduce the effect of fluid viscosity change on the sensor performance, a quantitative optimization method for rotor parameters of liquid turbine flow sensor is put forward. The characteristic parameters involved in this method include the ratio of blade tip space to pipeline radius, the ratio of rotor hub radius to blade tip radius, the blade stagger angle at the position of mean square root radius, and the solidity of blade cascade at the blade tip of the turbine rotor. Two kinds of liquids with high and low viscosity were measured using the turbine flow sensor with same meter coefficient. The object function used in this method is the maximum of two linearity errors. The optimization algorithm is n dimension extremum complex configuration optimization method under constraint conditions.
