中文摘要A screen-printed electrode modified by titanic sol-gel chemically doping with copper hexacyanoferrate nanoparticles as mediator was developed. The sol-gel was prepared using tetrabutyl titanate, potassium ferricyanide and copper sulphate, and then was pritnted on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode. The electrode exhibits higher sensitive electrocatalytic oxidation of hydrogen peroxide, and exhibits a linear response to H2O2 with the range of 1.0 x 10(-6) -6 x 10(-5) mol/L, which is more sensitive than normal copper hexacyanoferrate modified electrode by electro-polymerization. The characterization of the electrocatalysis for hydrogen peroxide was investigated. Hydrogen peroxide content in sterilize solution samples was determined by voltammetric method using this modified electrode.
