中文摘要	An alignment-free folded resonator He-Ne laser system with a hollow corner cube prism was firstly studied. The influence of the right angle errors of the corner cube prism on its reflecting properties of light path was analyzed, according to the theory of matrix optics, and was applied to alignment-free He-Ne laser system. The linear relationship between the deflected angle errors of returning light and the right angle errors was given. The critical value of right angle errors of corner cube prism in alignment-free He-Ne laser system was computed. The result plays an important role in controlling the right angle errors in alignment-free He-Ne laser system.
