中文摘要Presented a system architecture of 200 MHz high-speed data acquisition card based on PCI bus, which can be used in the industrial 20 MHz ultrasonic microscope. Solved the problem of real-time transfer and storage, by the method of placing high-speed SRA11 in the card and processing data with CPLD. And the system was based on PCI bus, thus it possessed powerful capacity of data transfer. The data acquisition card was useful in the industrial 20 MHz ultrasonic microscope.
