中文摘要As to the current circumstance of a commercial vehicle company with low automation level and tanglesome tasks, three principles were raised to reach simplifications, which is proper for future model building and optimization via assembly line balancing theories. Firstly, without change on original layout, initial solution was generated by ranked positional weight (RPW) method. This is followed by iterations in which tasks were exchanged or transferred with certain probability. The production rate was increased considerably after optimization. And by improved layout, the production rate was increased again.
