中文摘要	Based on summative usability testing,an evaluated model is proposed to evaluate quality of user experience comprehensively for product using.Firstly,being accordance with usability definition of ISO 9241-11,a hierarchical indicator is structured for quality of user experience with 360 degree views including human-computer interactive view,user s view and observer s view.Then according to fuzziness of usability,analytic hierarchy process is used for weighting evaluated factors and fuzzy mapping function is determined for structuring fuzzy evaluated matrix.At last,fuzzy comprehensive approach is used to quantify user experience.A case study indicates that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluated model is effective to evaluate overall quality of user experience.
