中文摘要An evanescent wave all-fiber biosensor (EWAI) has been developed based on the principle of evanescent wave and fluorescence immune analysis. Using the single multi-mode coupler, both the transmission of the excitation light and the collection and transmission of the fluorescence were achieved by fiber optic in this system, which reduces optical components required. Simple and compact configuration and miniaturization of instrument can be achieved. Meanwhile, the efficiency of light transmission is high, light loss lower, and the SIN ratio improved. The linker between the instrument and the probe was knock-down, which can achieve the detection of multi-samples in series. The results show that the best taper ratio of fiber optic probes is 0.37, the sensitivity limit of 10(-9) mol/L can be obtained from the detection of Cy5.5 solution and this assay has been able to detect a minimum of 10 mu g/L goat anti-rat antibody labeled by Cy5.5 in solution and the detection time is about 10 min.
