中文摘要LiFePO4 cathode material was synthesized by high temperature sintering of the homogeneous mixture of Li2CO3, sugar and NH4FePO4-H2O precursor, synthesized from FeSO4, H3PO4 and NH3-H2O. The NH4FePO4-H2O and LiFePO4 structures were characterized by XRD and SEM. The effect of the content of carbine on the structure and electrochemical performance of LiFePO4 is discussed. It is found that NH4FePO4-H2O and LiFePO4 have similar crystal structure, causing replacement reaction between NH4FePO4-H2O and Li2CO3 in the process of sintering. As a result, the LiFePO4 cathode material with good electrochemical performance can be obtained.
