中文摘要A new thermoelectric shape memory alloy (SMA) actuator of micro thermal louvers comprised of thermoelectric elements and a shape memory alloy was developed as a thermal control system for micro-satellites. Experimental and numerical analyses were used to assess the temperature changes and movement of the actuator. The simulation results agree well with the test results. The actuator displacements are 2.4 times that of an actuator controlled by direct electrical heating with the movement frequency actuator 6 times faster. The actuator performance depends on the phase transformation temperature matching the input current.
