中文摘要An overall evaluating method was developed to adjust and control regional economic policy based on the state variable control theory in consideration of the large inertia and lag characteristics of the controlled subject. State feedback was used to compensate the large inertia and lag of the policy controlled subject, resulting in excellent dynamic characteristics and controllable quality of the policy controlled subject. The state feedback coefficient matrix was given and the state gain matrix was then obtained to evaluate the regional economic policy implementation. The method can provide scientific evaluation references in constituting economic policy, evaluating policy performing effects, and summarizing experiences for the government.
