中文摘要A surge generator has been constructed for evaluation of the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of electronic and electrical devices, arresters and their non-linear resistant elements when they are subject to high-energy lightning disturbance. The circuit design of the generator is mainly based on the theoretical estimation with specific circuit, together with the experience of the researchers and the simulation of computer yet. As the most widely used method, the approach of Laplas inverse transformation, has not been particularly and systematically presented. Meanwhile, the selection of equation parameters of the current and voltage wave is not fixed. As a result, the design process seems to be complicated and deficient. In this paper, we have presented a new method of design, which is still based on the Laplas theory. However, with the equation transformation, we unified the parameters of the current and voltage waveform with the circuit parameter. Moreover, methods of exhaustion and interpolation are jointly employed in this paper to build the relationship curve of the waveform and the circuit clearly. The method can be briefly expressed as, through waveform parameters to specify a variable by the curve, through the variable to define the parameters of different circuit elements. By the simulation of the Pspice software and the experiments of several surge circuits, the method is demonstrated to be credible. In conclusion, with this method, the selection of generator parameters turns out to be more reasonable, the design efficiency increases and the accuracy is up to the IEC standard at the same time, which means the method can be applied for the researchers to use and design.
