中文摘要In this paper, polyanilines (PANIs) were synthesized at higher temperatures and were then dedoped and further mixed with silicone oil to prepare electrorheological ( ER) fluids. The effects of temperature on the microstructure of the PANI and the properties of its ER fluid were studied. It was found that porous PANI could be prepared at higher temperatures, and a porous structure was favorable for obtaining electrorheological ( ER) fluids with a simultaneous stronger ER effect and lower leakage current.
