中文摘要 | The < 001 > fiber-textured (Na1/2Bi1/2)TiO3-6BaTiO(3) (NBT-6BT) ceramics were fabricated by (reactive) templated grain growth method, using plate-like SrTiO3 and Bi4Ti3O12 particles as the templates prepared by a molten salt method. The effect of template selection, process parameters on texture development, microstructure evolvement and piezoelectric properties was studied. High Lotgering factor(approximate to 95%) and high density (>= 96% theoretic density) textured NBT-6BT lead-free piezoelectric ceramics using Bi4Ti3O12 as templates were prepared and exhibited good piezoelectric performance with piezoelectric coefficient d(33)=241 pC/N. |
