中文摘要Sr/sub 0.48/Ba/sub 0.24/Ca/sub 0.28/TiO/sub 3/-based varistor ceramics with an excellent capacitor-varistor multifunctional characteristics (V/sub 1mA/ = 11 ~ 49 v.mm/sup -1/, alpha = 6.1 ~ 11.3, epsiv /sub r max/ = 3.5 * 10/sup 5/ tan delta /sub min/ = 5%) were prepared using conventional solid method. The effect of oxidation temperature and time on structure and electrical properties were investigated. The results show that with increasing the oxidation temperature from 800 degrees C to 900 degrees C, the varistor voltage V/sub 1mA/ and non-linearity coefficient alpha defining varistor characteristics increase linearly, while the dielectric constant epsiv /sub r/ and dielectric loss tan delta decrease linearly. There exists an optimum alpha value when the specimens were oxidized at 850 degrees C for 3h. This behavior was explained through various defect reactions of dopants.
