中文摘要The influence of heat treatment temperature on the crystallization of MgO-ZnO-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/-SiO/sub 2/ glass was investigated by differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The results show that: when one-step heat treatment process is adopted and the temperature is 800 degrees C, the glass phase generates phase separation. When the temperature is increased from 820 degrees C to 900 degrees C, the glass is crystallized and the crystal phases are MgO middot Al/sub 2/O /sub 3/ middot 3SiO/sub 2/ and MgO middot Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ middot 4SiO/sub 2/ respectively. When two-step heat treatment process is adopted and the nucleating temperature of the glass is 800 degrees C, with the increase of crystallization temperature from 950 degrees C to 1050 degrees C, the crystal phases are ZnAl/sub 2/O/sub 4/, MgAl/sub 2/O/sub 4/ and beta -quartz.
