中文摘要The < 001 > fiber-textured Bi-0.5 (Na0.8K0.2)(0.5) TiO3 (BNKT) ceramics were fabricated by reactive templated grain growth (RTGG) method, using plate-like Bi4Ti3O14 (BiT) particles prepared by a molten salt method as the templates. Through the analysis of XRD and SEM, crystal structure and microstructure were investigated. The high textured BNKT ceramics with high lotgering factor(>= 0.9) and good piezoelectric performance with high piezoelectric coefficient d(33)= 165 Pc/N were obtained at 1200 degrees C for 10 h.
