中文摘要 | The thermal stress evolution during the solidification process of a Francis turbine band casting had been simulated by the FDM/FEM integrated system. The interaction between the casting and core was disposed by using the contact element method in numerical simulation, which improved traditional method for disposing casting/model boundary conditions. The tendency of hot tearing during solidification and cold crack during cooling was predicted by employing different criteria based on the simulated stress results. The characteristics of deformation during cooling were also studied, which provided reference to control the shrinkage scale of the casting. The simulated results are approximately in accordance with the practical case. |
