中文摘要In order to improve the efficiency of multilayer chip ferrite beads (MLCB) design, here the method of MLCB design with computer simulation was discussed. The MLCB design was simulated and optimized with finite element method software, for instance Ansoft HFSS, and concerned properties were picked up. The process of MLCB design was predigested. According to the design, MLCB were produced using low-temperature sintered ferrite and necessary properties were measured. Via comprehension, the error was no more than 4% of inductance and 12% of impedance. Thus, the design properties of MLCB are predicted well by simulation, the result is acceptable.
