中文摘要 | The ceramic scintillator powder of gadolinium oxysulfide was prepared by solid-state synthesis with 88% gadolinium oxide and 12% sulfur of the mass of Gd/sub 2/O/sub 2/S:Pr wanted,and trace praseodymium oxide was doped successfully. The fluorescence spectra were measured and the main emission peak was located at 512 nm, which matches the spectral sensitivity of silicon photodiode. Thus the obtained gadolinium oxysulfide powder can be used as the raw material of scintillator ceramics. |
