中文摘要	The evolution of the solar cell was summarized, and various processes of poly-Si thin-film solar cell were introduced in details. Poly-crystalline silicon film solar cell aiming at low cost has good outlook in future market. Poly-crystalline silicon film solar cell on ceramic substrates is studied in this paper. The techniques used to deposit poly-Si thin-film with large grains were described. Furthermore, the tendency of poly-Si thin film solar cell was anticipated.
